There is an agreement signed between Turkish Republic and European Union which is called “European Agreement Concerning the Carriage of Dangerous Hazardous by Road” on 22 March 2010.

This agreement, signed by other 48 countries, requires the measures on economic aspects, safety, being reasonably fast, with minimum effects on public health and environment. By signing the agreement, those countries committed to follow all those measures written in ADR agreement.
